About Us
Lure Consulting LLC is a boutique consulting firm for the art world. We work with galleries, auction houses, and other businesses that service the art world. Our mission is to help you to maximize profitability, develop new and improve existing operational capabilities, and build strategies that foster sustainable growth and brand value. We offer three practice areas:
Short- and long-term financial and operational leadership to firms that may not be ready for a full-time CFO or COO
Project management including new technology implementations, supplier contract negotiations, and operational audits
Advice and counsel on initiatives that professionalize and optimize organizations, finances, and operations, develop new and enhance existing capabilities, and devise innovative operating and growth strategies
Our founder, Andrew Seltzer, has over 20 years experience at the world’s leading art business where he held a series of progressively senior leadership positions in sales, operations, finance, and information technology. Andrew holds an MBA in Finance and an MA in Art History from New York University, a BA in Art History from Skidmore College, and has earned the RSAD from Christie’s Education and the Royal Society of Arts.
